If you are unsatisfied for any reason, request a full refund within 48 hours of your purchase. No questions asked, no documentation required. Email contact@upsclens.com with your registered email and order ID.
Refunds after the 48-hour window are considered case-by-case. We will process a pro-rata refund (for unused days) in the following situations:
We acknowledge all refund requests within 4 business hours and process approved refunds within 5–7 business days. The amount is credited to your original payment method.
The 7-day trial plan is priced at ₹9. Refunds on the trial plan are available within 24 hours of purchase.
For any billing disputes contact contact@upsclens.com. If you believe there has been an unauthorised charge, contact your bank and notify us simultaneously.
