Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident trying UPSCLens. This Policy explains when and how you can request a refund.

1. Full Refund Window

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, request a full refund within 48 hours of your purchase. No questions asked, no documentation required. Email contact@upsclens.com with your registered email and order ID.

2. Refunds After 48 Hours

Refunds after the 48-hour window are considered case-by-case. We will process a pro-rata refund (for unused days) in the following situations:

  • Service outage lasting more than 24 continuous hours that we failed to resolve.
  • Content was consistently delivered in the wrong language despite repeated correction requests.
  • Duplicate charge for the same subscription period.
  • Medical emergency or documented inability to use the service (supporting documentation required).

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after 48 hours.
  • Exam postponement or cancellation by UPSC.
  • Failure to deliver due to incorrect WhatsApp number provided by the subscriber.
  • Partial use of the subscription period (unless covered by Section 2 above).
  • eBook purchases once the download has been accessed.

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email contact@upsclens.com from your registered email address.
  2. Include your order ID (found in your purchase confirmation email).
  3. Briefly describe the reason.

We acknowledge all refund requests within 4 business hours and process approved refunds within 5–7 business days. The amount is credited to your original payment method.

5. Trial Plan

The 7-day trial plan is priced at ₹9. Refunds on the trial plan are available within 24 hours of purchase.

6. Contact

For any billing disputes contact contact@upsclens.com. If you believe there has been an unauthorised charge, contact your bank and notify us simultaneously.
