Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of UPSCLens, a product of DESILOGIC TECH PVT LTD ("Company", "we", "us"). By subscribing or accessing the service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The Service

UPSCLens provides AI-curated UPSC current affairs audio briefs delivered via WhatsApp. The content is informational and educational in nature. We do not guarantee any specific examination result or outcome.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use the service. By using UPSCLens you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@upsclens.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Subscription and Payment

  • Plans are prepaid and non-transferable.
  • Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Payment is processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or UPI details.
  • Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

5. Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. In general, we offer a full refund within 48 hours of purchase if you are unsatisfied.

6. Intellectual Property

All audio briefs, written summaries, toolkits, and other content made available through UPSCLens are the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors. You may use the content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. You may not redistribute, reproduce, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your subscription credentials or content with others.
  • Resell, redistribute, or republish any audio or written content.
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is". We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the content will be comprehensive. News curation is automated and while we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee completeness.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any examination outcomes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email.
